Boost selection features

Request to add the ability to choose whether to use boost when converting YouTube videos to text.

Sometimes I need to read a YouTube video as soon as it's summarized in text, but I can read it slowly later, and currently the boost is applied unconditionally, which makes it difficult to use the boost limit when I really need it.
