환불
11/4 유료결제했는데 업그레이드가 안되어서 문의했더니 카카오페이 결제 오류가 있어서 실제 업그레이드 안된건 환불된다고 했는데, 12/4 오늘 또 결제되었어요 지난번도 환불안된거 같고…빠른 처리 부탁합니다.
